Our commitment
The website is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 in mind, with Level AA used as the working target. This is an improvement objective, not a claim that every page or third-party item currently achieves full conformance.
Accessibility features
The site includes measures intended to support accessible use.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, breadcrumbs, lists and tables.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, accordions, forms and dialogs.
- Visible focus indicators and descriptive link text.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labelled form controls.
- Responsive layouts, scalable text and contrast-conscious colour choices.
- Status and emergency information communicated with text, not colour alone.
Known limitations
Some third-party documents, maps, historical publications or externally hosted media may not fully meet the same accessibility target. Older PDF files may have limited tagging or reading order.
Where practical, RMIFC will provide an accessible alternative, summary or assistance on request.
Browser and assistive-technology support
The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and commonly used screen readers, magnification and voice-input tools. Very old browsers or unusual combinations may provide a reduced experience.
Report an accessibility problem
If you cannot access content or complete a task, tell us which page or resource caused difficulty, what technology you were using and the format you need. Do not include sensitive information.
Use the Contact Us form with the subject Website Feedback, or email director.general@crfimi-madagascar.org.
What happens next
Accessibility reports are reviewed and directed to the relevant content or technical team. RMIFC will seek a reasonable alternative and prioritise issues that block access to essential public information.
