The States Parties to the Regional Maritime Security Architecture (RMSA) are those that have signed and ratified both the Regional Agreement on Information Sharing in the Western Indian Ocean and the Regional Agreement on the Coordination of Operations at Sea in the Western Indian Ocean.

To date, these are the Republic of the Comoros, the Republic of Djibouti, the French Republic, the Republic of Kenya, the Republic of Madagascar, the Republic of Mauritius and the Republic of Seychelles.

Among the States of the western Indian Ocean, Tanzania and Mozambique have officially expressed their interest in joining the Regional Maritime Security Architecture.
