About RCOC

Coordinating regional action at sea

The Regional Coordination Operations Center is based in Seychelles and supports coordinated maritime responses among participating States. Working with national centres, International Liaison Officers and the Regional Maritime Information Fusion Centre, RCOC helps turn shared maritime information into organised regional action.

Regional cooperation strengthens preparedness and supports timely responses to piracy, illicit trafficking, illegal fishing and other threats to maritime safety and security.
